Orders received before 11am Monday-Friday UK time will be dispatched the same day. Our jewellery comes packaged in a beautiful gift box.

Delivery is via Royal Mail Special Delivery which is a fully tracked and insured service and will require a signature on arrival.

Free Same-day Click and Collect

Orders received before 10.30 am Tuesday-Saturday will be available for collection from the store same day between 12noon until 3.45pm. Orders received after 10.30am will be available to collect in-store the following working day. We are closed on Sundays and cannot offer this service on a Monday due to shorter trading hours.

Returns

We do accept returns provided they are returned within 14 days from receiving the item. We will issue a full refund minus the shipping cost.

We will provide a return address and this must be returned at the cost of the customer using a fully insured, tracked and signed for service.

The item must be returned exactly as it was sent, unaltered and undamaged and in the original packaging. This must be marked clearly as a return to enable your refund to be processed quickly.

Packaging

Your item/s will be placed in a bubble wrap or lined jiffy bag or box. We meticulously package our pieces so that they are safe in transit.
